Question 3

Can I use isomum with other prenatal vitamins?

Accepted Answer

Yes - the new formula has the vitamins taken out, so it can be taken alongside your prenatal. As always, we recommend not exceeding daily doses on supplement panels, and checking with your healthcare provider if you're unsure.

Question 4

Can I drink isomum if I have gestational diabetes?

Accepted Answer

isomum was designed with blood sugar in mind - each sachet contains only around half a teaspoon of sugar, there to help your body absorb the electrolytes. That said, gestational diabetes is individual, so please speak to your midwife or GP about what's right for you.
