Pre-orders

Raspberry Lemonade is currently available on pre-order. We expect to dispatch pre-orders during November 2026. Our exact dispatch date depends on our manufacturer, so we’ll email you with updates, and again as soon as your order is on its way. Pre-orders are dispatched before the product goes on general sale.

If dispatch moves beyond November, we’ll let you know by email, and you’re welcome to cancel for a full refund.

If your order includes items with different dispatch dates, we’ll send each item as soon as it’s ready, at no extra cost to you.

Blackcurrant is also available on pre-order, with dispatch expected by the end of January 2027. The same rules apply: we’ll email you with updates, you can cancel for a full refund at any time before dispatch, and if our date moves we’ll let you know and you’re welcome to cancel.

Delivery

We currently deliver to UK addresses only. We’ll be adding more destinations soon.
Standard delivery is free on all orders. We send it by Royal Mail Tracked 48, which usually arrives within 2 to 3 working days of dispatch. You can also choose a faster delivery option at checkout for an extra charge, shown before you pay. Faster delivery speeds up your parcel once it’s dispatched; it doesn’t bring a pre-order’s dispatch date forward. You’ll receive a tracking link by email when your order leaves us.

Changing or cancelling your order

You can cancel your order for a full refund, or change your delivery address, at any time before it’s dispatched. Email hello@isomum.com with your order number.

Once your order has been dispatched, we can no longer change the delivery address. You still have 14 days from delivery to tell us you’d like to return it, under your statutory cancellation rights. See our Refund Policy for details.

Problems with your delivery

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, email hello@isomum.com and we’ll put it right.
