Pre-order Terms

These terms apply when you pre-order an ISOMUM product from isomum.com. They sit alongside our Terms of Sale and our Refund & Returns Policy.

1. What a pre-order is

A pre-order lets you reserve a product before it is in stock. We dispatch it as soon as it arrives with us. Each pre-order product page shows the estimated dispatch date.

2. Payment

We take full payment when you place your pre-order. You pay the price shown at checkout, including any launch price. If our price goes up or down later, the price you paid does not change.

3. Estimated dispatch dates

• Raspberry Lemonade Rehydration & Recovery Drink (12 sachets): estimated dispatch November 2026.
• Blackcurrant Rehydration & Recovery Drink, new formula: estimated dispatch by the end of January 2027.

These dates depend on our manufacturer and can move. We will keep you updated by email.

4. If your pre-order is delayed

If the estimated dispatch date moves, we will email you with the new date. You can then keep your pre-order or cancel it for a full refund. If we cannot fulfil your pre-order at all, we will cancel it and refund you in full.

5. Changing or cancelling before dispatch

You can cancel your pre-order, or change your delivery address, at any time before we dispatch it. There is no charge. Email hello@isomum.com with your order number. If you cancel, we will refund you in full, including any delivery charge you paid, to your original payment method, within 14 days.

6. Orders with more than one item

If your order includes items with different dispatch dates, we send each item as soon as it is ready, at no extra cost to you. You can cancel any item that has not yet been dispatched for a full refund of that item.

7. After dispatch

Once an item has been dispatched, our Refund & Returns Policy applies, including your right to cancel within 14 days of delivery.

8. Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses only. Standard delivery is free on all orders by Royal Mail Tracked 48. You can also choose a faster delivery option at checkout for an extra charge, shown before you pay. A faster option speeds up delivery once your pre-order is dispatched; it does not bring the dispatch date forward.
